CTO, 1 frontend dev, 1 backend dev
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Feature Development: Bring creative solutions to life by crafting features that integrate seamlessly between frontend and backend.
API Expertise: Design, develop, and document REST APIs to ensure smooth backend/frontend interactions.
Frontend Mastery: Build engaging, responsive, and user-centric interfaces using React, NextJS, and SCSS, keeping UX at the forefront.
Backend Wizardry: Use your skills in Node.js, TypeScript, ExpressJS, and MongoDB to create efficient, scalable systems.
Architecture Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO to develop detailed technical specifications.
Tech Innovation: Drive performance, scalability, and future-proofing in our applications.
Testing Champion: Ensure high-quality code with robust unit and integration tests.
Team Support: Share your knowledge to help the team overcome complex challenges.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, React Native, MongoDB, and Express.
Experience with InversifyJS and dependency injection patterns.
Strong grasp of clean code principles, OOP, and design patterns.
Advanced skills in database design, transactions, and aggregations.
A knack for creating and refining APIs and maintaining seamless integrations.
Soft Skills:
Independent problem solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.
A keen eye for UI/UX with the ability to balance usability and technical elegance.
A collaborative mindset and readiness to challenge the status quo to improve the product.
Strong ownership of tasks and attention to quality and detail.
Testing and Documentation:
