For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers and pre-onboarding
make the vacancy attractive and work with job description
collaborate with the team to enhance recruiting processes, analytics, and the overall hiring process
Identify and attract top-tier specialists in marketing, development, and other key areas.
stay connected with candidates, build a network, and ensure to provide them with feedback.
keep the team informed about the progress of the recruitment process (weekly reports)
work with HRIS (we use People force) and other tools.
🦸 Your superpowers:
2+ years of experience in IT recruiting
experience in recruiting top-tier specialists in various fields such as marketing, development, and others.
You have a deep understanding of the IT market and are proficient in using all modern tools to find specialists.
Proficiency in conducting interviews (including initial technical assessments, competency checks, and motivation evaluations).
Strong ability to collaborate with teams to enhance recruiting processes, leveraging analytics and improving the overall hiring experience as a product.
You know how to work with HRIS
