What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Business Empire, Spades, Solitaire, Words, Blocks, Number Match, Domino
• At what stage of the project(s)? Depending on the game, soft launch or global launch
• Genres: Puzzle, Card and/or Board, Casual, Word Games
• Platforms: iOS, Android

Team size and structure?

Future Executive Producer will report to the GM or CEO of Gaming. Gaming BU consists of 32 people: UA, ASO, Product, Monetization, Support, AM.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Gather and organize Product, Monetization, and UA data (current, historical and competitors) into a centralized system.

• Actively lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies to drive measurable improvements on a regular basis.

• Oversee high-level multiple apps simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and objectives.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and results.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders regarding project updates and strategic initiatives.

• Provide leadership and direction to align goals across departments.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum 7 years in mobile gaming production, with at least 3 years working on casual board, card, word games with ad monetization. 

• Strong data analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent project management skills, with experience in tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.

• Deep understanding of the casual gaming market, including product, monetization, and UA strategies.
