For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Currently, we are seeking a PPC Specialist for our new FemHealth product to play a key role in establishing and leading our Google Ads campaigns from scratch. This individual will be the first in the team of this new product to focus on PPC advertising, paving the way for future growth and success in this area. 

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to establish a new direction within our organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to not only create and manage PPC campaigns but also to lead the Google Marketing stream for our product in the future.

What you’ll do:

• Scale and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various placements, including Google Search, Google Display Network, and Discovery to achieve business goals

• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance

• Track KPIs to assess performance and efficient execution of KPI

• Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify performance growth points

• Actively collaborate with colleagues from other teams to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, and share insights with the team to improve overall performance

• Develop new insights and process improvements

What kind of professional are we looking for?

What skills and experience are important for this role:

• Proven experience successfully managing PPC campaigns that have demonstrably contributed to significant revenue growth for the company

• Strong understanding of PPC principles, best practices, and performance metrics

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics and MS Excel

• Experience with keyword research tools and PPC management platforms

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tier 1 markets

• Familiarity with Tableau

• Experience with other digital marketing channels beyond PPC

• Proven experience in launching digital marketing channels from scratch
  Experience with Health, Productivity, Wellness niches
