User Acquisition Manager, Offerwalls

We're looking for an experienced UA manager to take over work with offerwall networks (Tapjoy, Adjoe, BlindFerret, etc.), help develop this direction, and potentially explore new areas in UA.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Operational management of campaigns in offerwall networks (Tapjoy, Adjoe, BlindFerret, Mistplay, etc.)

• Develop offerwall direction in UA for projects with hybrid and ad-based monetization

• Communicate with new offerwall networks for potential integration

• Analyze advertising campaign effectiveness (internal services, Google Sheets, etc.)

• Work in a team, sharing knowledge, ideas, and experience

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience in UA gamedev

• Strong knowledge of the funnel and performance indicators in UA

• Analytical mindset, ability to work with statistics

• Clear understanding of buying strategies and offerwall development potential

• English B1+

• Proactivity and initiative, enthusiasm to drive new directions

Would be ideal:

• Real experience with offerwalls
