UA Producer (Video Networks & Incent)

We're looking for a UA Producer with a strong focus on performance to join our team!

In this role, you'll lead key UA initiatives, optimize performance across Video Networks and Incent channels, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive scalable growth.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and optimize user acquisition strategies for Video Networks (Applovin, Unity, Mintegral) and Incent channels (rewarded, playtime, CPE)

• Analyze acquisition channels in-depth, understanding their algorithms, audience behavior, and key optimization techniques to maximize performance

• Generate and validate hypotheses to improve acquisition algorithms, conduct A/B tests, analyze statistical significance, and evaluate results

• Monitor and evaluate key marketing and product metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous campaign optimization

• Plan and manage budgets efficiently, allocating resources based on KPIs and business objectives to maximize traffic acquisition

• Provide clear performance reports, analyze deviations (actual vs. benchmarks), and make strategic adjustments

• Lead and mentor a team of UA managers and analysts in the Video Networks and Incent department, fostering a strong, professional, and growth-oriented environment

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ad creative, analytical, product, and BI/DU departments, to ensure acquisition efforts align with overall company goals

• Build and maintain a metrics system, setting up automated reports and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to streamline performance tracking

• Maintain and develop relationships with key partners, fostering strong collaboration and identifying new growth opportunities

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing (gaming industry only), with a focus on Video Networks (Applovin, Unity, Mintegral) and Incent channels (rewarded, playtime, CPE traffic)

• Deep understanding of monetization funnels, key retention and ARPU metrics, player behavior patterns, product lifecycle, and retention principles

• Strong grasp of key marketing and product KPIs, along with expertise in campaign optimization methods

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)

• Knowledge of auction mechanics in Video Networks (Applovin, Unity, Mintegral) and Incent platforms (Adjoe, TapJoy, Exmox, etc.)

• Proven experience in team management, including mentoring, motivating, and developing specialists while fostering a strong professional environment

• Ability to formulate and test hypotheses, analyze samples, and assess statistical significance

• B2+ English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Basic Python/R skills for automating routine tasks and working with APIs

• Ability to write SQL queries for data retrieval and processing
