Senior Level Designer (BelkaLab)

We're looking for a Senior Level Designer with a wealth of experience working on games with expedition mechanics.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• At least three years of experience as a level designer for projects with expedition mechanics

• Experience working in Unity

• Experience developing difficulty curves

• Experience adjusting game balance and content consumption rates

• Understanding of basic product indicators (CPI, LTV/RPI, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU)

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Creating interesting and unique level designs, taking into account the game's overall concept and style

• Configuring expeditions and writing the documentation for them

• Taking part in the analysis of expedition results based on analytics data

• Joint work with project specialists (GD, art, narrative)
