For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Development and thinking through game situations;
- Writing game design documentation for developers;
- Balancing gameplay in Unity;
- Creating an interesting achievement system;
- Creation of a system of awards;
- Level design.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience as a game designer;
- Theory (game flow, game cycles, monetization models) and UX;
- Ability to correctly describe the mechanics and game situations;
- Ability to find information on the desired game concept;
- Skills in writing game design documentation for games, creating game concepts;
- Experience in calculating game balance and game economy;
- English - Intermediate. Level of Use cases writing and documentation.
