To expand our reach and accelerate growth, we seek an experienced and savvy Media Buying Lead to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across a variety of channels. This role will focus on acquiring new customers, increasing brand visibility of our company and products, and ensure our marketing investments deliver strong, measurable results.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Develop and execute high-impact media buying strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns to maximize ROI, CPA, and ROAS
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum efficiency and performance
Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad assets
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven experience in media buying and performance marketing, with a track record of managing budgets exceeding $500K per month, in e-commerce brands
Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation
Ability to manage large-scale ad budgets and drive significant revenue growth
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is welcome
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly results-driven
